| Photo Service Policies: | Typically 25-35 images are delivered for a 2,000 sq ft property with an additional 4 to 8 per extra 1,000 sq ft. Regular interior/exterior daytime property photography has a next day turnaround Monday – Thursday. What does “next day” mean? We define next day as delivery of your content at any time during the next full day – from 9AM to 11:59PM. If requested in advance, any regular photography shoot completed on a Friday can be delivered on Saturday. Otherwise, our default delivery is set for the following Monday. Not all properties need more than 25 photos. In fact, our experience shows the majority don’t. That’s okay because we have pricing for properties that only need a certain amount! *This pricing applies to properties that are 2,500 sq ft and below. Contact us directly if you need less than 25 photos for a listing over that square footage and we will custom quote you.

At The Luxury Level, videography is one of our most important services and as such, we’ve made it a point to really expand what it is we can provide our clients. The following packages show off some of our custom video services, all of which really push the boundaries of your marketing and branding. We will work in-step and collaborate to achieve and create your vision. In addition to the base price for these video services, here are some services that can be added on:
Casting generally costs between $100 – $500. *rates of players are based on needs and requirements. Their rate goes directly to them.

Testimonial interviews $275. *includes lighting, sound, and editing.
$75 per additional B-roll location to be filmed.
Voice Over Artist $75/hr *2 hours minimum.
